      All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation.

      • Orders placed after 2 PM (your local time) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

      • During peak seasons (e.g., festivals, sales), processing may take up to 3 business days. We’ll notify you by email if there’s any significant delay.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

    • Shipping Carrier: Standard national carriers (e.g., India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery)

    • Delivery Time:

      • Standard: 5–7 business days from the date your order ships.

    • Shipping Cost:

      • Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders.

    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse. Use the carrier’s website or our Order Status page to track your delivery.


3. International Shipping

    • Shipping Carrier: Reliable international partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS)

    • Delivery Time:

      • Standard International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination country).

    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

    • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • International Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.

    • Responsibility: All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • Delays: Customs procedures can delay delivery times. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


5. Shipping Restrictions

    • We ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may be restricted due to local regulations or carrier policies.

    • If your shipping address falls into a restricted region, you will be notified by email and offered a refund or alternative.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

    • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 Hours of the delivery date.

    • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and email contact@zamkudicloset.com with photos of the damaged items within 48 Hours of receipt.

    • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 Hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund, including return shipping label if required.


7. Returns & Exchanges

    • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

    • Return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery.

    • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.
