At Zamkudi Closet , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy under the following terms:
📅 Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy for both domestic and international orders. This means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
📦 Eligible Items for Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, undergarments, or personalized items are non-returnable.
Custom-stitched, tailored, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned.
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or dislike of material/color.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Provide the following information:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if there is a defect or damage)

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Domestic & International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels at this time.
- The return must be sent via a trackable shipping method. Zamkudi Closet is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and any customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.
✂ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
