At Zamkudi Closet , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy under the following terms:

📅 Return Period

We offer a 7-day return policy for both domestic and international orders. This means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📦 Eligible Items for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, undergarments, or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Custom-stitched, tailored, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned.

⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or dislike of material/color.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via:

🚚 Return Shipping

    • Domestic & International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels at this time.
    • The return must be sent via a trackable shipping method. Zamkudi Closet is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

💳 Refunds

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

    • Please note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and any customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.

✂ Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
